Agnieszka Stach specialises in banking matters and litigation, representing both individual clients and entrepreneurs at every stage of proceedings. Since 2015, she has successfully handled cases for borrowers with loan agreements linked to CHF, EUR and USD. She represents clients before common courts in Poland, as well as before the Supreme Court. Her experience in disputes with banks allows her to support clients in other banking matters, including PLN loans, bank account agreements, bank guarantees and letters of credit. She also handles litigation in civil, commercial and financial criminal cases. She provides support from risk analysis, through developing a legal strategy and preparing pleadings, to professional representation before the court. She assists clients with the legal analysis of credit and loan agreements, conducts negotiations and settlement talks with banks, represents clients in cases initiated by banks, and also brings claims against financial institutions on behalf of clients.
